Heidelberg Retina Tomograph HRT III is an SLO device that allows for three-dimensional reconstruction of the optic nerve head.
The Tomograph HRT III is a confocal laser scanning method for imaging of the anterior and anterior parts of the eye. It comprises three modules that can be utilized independently or combined with one another.
The regular clinical application is an analysis of the optic nerve brain structure for disease diagnosis. A second application is in diabetes to the location and quantification of retinal edema. With the Rostock Cornea Module, the Tomograph HRT III is converted for in vivo evaluation of the cornea and conjunctiva.

An optional carrying case slides across the head, enabling secure and simple transport between offices.
